‘Fresh energy is vital to changing the face of VC for minorities and woman. Promoting new perspectives on how younger people are shaping the future of industry motivates me to learn as much as possible on a daily basis, providing me with fuel for becoming a mentor myself. A big part of our company culture involves pinpointing our personal passions for giving back to our communities. In addition to my work as an analyst, I develop financial literacy programs to give my generation a better understanding of how investments lead to deep societal impact. All that I discover as I help educate others makes me a more trustworthy and knowledgeable thought-leader.’

Taylor Martin joined Fairview in 2021 and is a member of the Investment Team. She focuses on research, due diligence, deal sourcing, investment monitoring, and business development for Fairview’s venture capital and private equity partnership and direct co-investment portfolios. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Martin worked as a Portfolio Management Analyst at JP Morgan, where she specialized in managing investment portfolios for private clients, endowments, and foundations. In that role, she executed trades and conducted portfolio analyses with the goal to maximize portfolio returns and reduce risk.
