Comunity Giving

Fairview Capital maintains a relatively small base of investors whom we serve exceptionally well.  While new funds do attract new investors, many institutions return to participate in successive funds.

Investors in Fairview Capital fund-of-funds include several state and municipal pension funds, corporate ERISA plans, endowments and foundations.

Fairview Capital’s Management Team makes the difference
The unique synergy of our investment management team enables Fairview to deliver at crucial stages of the fund-of-funds investment process.  All members of the team are experienced investors, yet each has unique reach into different marketplaces, enhancing Fairview’s capacity to design and sometimes customize funds for institutional investors.

Together, Fairview Capital’s investment management team provides uncommon access to the entire marketplace.  Combined with our years of experience through business cycles and fund cycles, and the depth and reach of our networks among investors and entrepreneurs, the Fairview team is uniquely positioned to serve our investors.

Fairview Capital has established a community-giving program through which the firm makes financial contributions to worthy charitable causes in the Greater Hartford area and throughout the state of Connecticut.

Grants and donations have been made to qualified 501(c) 3 charities that address community needs, including:
• The Arts
• Cultural activities
• Health care
• Education
As a corollary to giving, Fairview Capital encourages its employees to be actively involved in these important programs and community services. Fairview Capital recognizes the community-building power of these programs and has structured our corporate giving around that philosophy.
